"Fisherman and

Tribal Vessel Series 12 -04 98 63"H x 16"L x 16"W Cast Glass Rolled Hot
The image of the fisherman is from rock art in Kenegha
Poort, N.E. Cape Province, South Africa. The black figures on
the reverse side of the vessel are derived from rock paintings in North-Western Australia, known as the "Bradshaws". They represent a unique style of rock art found predominately on hard stable sandstone walls in the hills of the Kimberley Plateau. |
